2022/11/01 Release Notes (For Clients)

To all of our valued clients,

Thank you for choosing anybot to meet your business needs. There are many updates for the week of 11/01 that we hope will make your experiences with our services more pleasant and streamlined, including (but not limited to) the following:

UI Revisions to the Dashboard Page

The side menu options are now aligned to the left of the pane.

Sorting through user lists on the native app is now more intuitive

Chat histories can now be directly accessed from the user info page on the native app

The chat list was updated previously to only display users which admins were already in conversation with. This meant that they could not start a new conversation inside the native app.

A ‘go to conversation’ button was added to the user details page for when admins want to talk to a user.

Within the Native app, users with inquiries will now appear by default at the top

On the Users page, all the users were shown by default, with no option to view only those users with “inquiries”. Now, by default, the users with “inquiries" are shown and there is the option to view all users as well as other segment groups.

Notable Fixes

  • Comments on the Chat page no longer overflow from the box even when 30 or more characters are present.
  • The "Mute Keyword" button in the keywords tab on the App settings page now includes an icon.
  • The "pick your emoji" hover text in the users page is now fully visible.
  • Image map areas are now properly highlighted when selected while editing.
  • Pressing the "save" button while editing image map areas no longer change their positions.
  • Image map area names are updated in real time upon saving.
  • User lists load faster on the native app.
  • Clicking on native app notifications will correctly redirect to the chat list screen.
  • Chat lists on the native app have been rectified to be in sync with chat lists on the desktop version of anybot.
